The mascot for Vanderbilt University went crowd surfing during a men's basketball game on Tuesday, and a student in the crowd ended up with a major bloody nose.
It didn't happen because of the actual crowd surfing though.  It happened when a bunch of fans tried to put the mascot back down on the bleachers, and he lost his balance.
The university hasn't explained exactly what happened yet, but it looks like the mascot tried to grab the guy to hold himself up, but ended up smacking him the face instead.
