People tend to drink a little more around the holidays . . . and for good reason.  But this news anchor in Minnesota may have gotten started a little early this year.
Annie Stensrud is an anchor for a CBS affiliate in Mankato.  And on Sunday, her whole report was extremely slow, and very slurred.
We don't know if she was drunk or not, but she definitely ACTED drunk.  Check out the video and decide for yourself.
