A Drunk BASE-Jumper Did a Front Flip Off a Bridge . . . While a Cop Was Standing Next to Him Telling

There's a new video on YouTube of a BASE jumper . . . who looks HEAVILY intoxicated . . . getting ready to jump off a bridge in Big Sur, California.  Then just as he's about to jump, a cop shows up and tells him to get down.
He got down . . . by doing a front flip off the bridge and landing safely at the bottom.  Then he got arrested.
