Wow...I think Charlie might be on the verge of a complete mental breakdown.  I personally am not a fan of the show Two and a Half Men but I have been a fan of some of Charlie Sheens work.  Lateley though, he's just been proving to the world that he is battling some serious demons.  Read on about a report the Today show did on Sheen recently losing custody of his sons whom he had with his recent estranged wife Brooke Mullner.  Good grief!

Charlie Sheen soon to be ex-wife Brooke Mueller got a restraining order against the actor and went to the cops to try and get their twin boys away from him. 

And last night, she got her wish.

The twins have been living with Charlie full-time and sources say Charlie’s worried about her sobriety. 

Brooke went to a judge and got a restraining order against the actor and he can’t come within 100 yards of her.

She also stated, "I am very concerned that [Sheen] is currently insane."

Brooke claims that on February 23 Charlie threw a phone inside his house and then  threatened to stick a penknife in Brooke's eye.

Charlie also shouted:  "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom".

Last night, a judge stripped Sheen of custody of his boys – for now – and forbade him from communicating with Mueller or getting within 100 yards of her or the kids.

The actor fired back last night, shouting, "This is not the America I grew up in".

On his new Twitter account, Sheen tweeted late yesterday: "My sons' are fine... My path is now clear... Defeat is not an option..!"
