A petition has been started on the site http://www.change.org and has been circulating on FB.  The petition is for a new law that will make a new federal law to be called Caylee's Law.  You can contact your Senator and Representative via a letter found at change dot org stating that the people want a new federal law created called Caylee's Law that will make it a federal offense for a parent or guardian to not notify law enforcement of a child going missing in a timely manner.
