It's National Waiters and Waitresses Day. Do you always tip 15%?
I started waitressing at 4-Corners Cafe in Embarrass when I was in my teens. I learned a lot from that job about working with people and for people and made some lasting friendships. It isn't always easy but when you show respect, gratitude, a cheerful smile and a genuine like for you job....people will respect you right back. And probably tip better too. lol If I think my waiter or waitress did an outstanding job I tip more than 15%. What about you? What are some of your best and worst experiences as a customer? As a server?
