When anyone...ANYONE tells me I can lose weight by adding more of this:
to my diet, I am all ears.
It's a spinoff of the Paleo Diet . . . where you try to eat like a caveman to lose weight. The idea being putting more animal fats and proteins into your diet.
And that is why you add 2/3 a stick of this:
Ladies and gentlemen- I give you the coffee butter diet! Just mix at least two-thirds of a stick of butter into your coffee. Coconut-palm oil can also be added for flavor. The theory being, by drinking butter coffee, you get an energy boost, your appetite is suppressed, and you lose weight.
So drink up!
