There's nothing better than Pizza! Sorry, but for most of us this is 100% SPOT ON!!
But......it's not always the healthiest or lowest calorie alternative. Here's a great tasting way to enjoy the pizza; eat healthier and lay low on the calories.
Buy or make a simple crust....in this style it only serves as something to put ingredients on.
Brush the crust with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then sprinkle on a light layer of grated Romano Cheese. Top that layer with a thin dusting of Garlic Powder, and another of regular old Italian Seasoning.
Add Black Olives, Red Onions, Artichoke Hearts, Cherry Tomatoes and Spinach. No, really - it's an awesome combination that will leave you much more "guilt free" as you eat that third slice!!
