  • Brantley Gilbert ride...could be YOURS!

Brantley joins Toby Kieth in my heart for country boys who do good things for our service men and women and veterans.  Brantley is auctioning off his OWN truck!  He’s been driving a 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn for the past year, and that truck is now up for bid at Ebay.com/RoadtoRamJam as part of the Road to the Ram Jam All-Star Country Music Series.  He said it's seen a mud hole or two but it's still in perfect condition. Proceeds from the sale of Brantley’s truck will go to the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, or IAVA.  That organization helps soldiers find work and education when they get out of the service, and Brantley supports military-related causes like this because of his cousin, who is currently serving as a Marine. “I definitely, definitely support ‘em,” Brantley says.  “I miss my boy too.  I’m ready for him to come home, so this is my way of kind of keeping in contact.”

  • I have a few ideas for these boys...

Ooh ooh!  Let me pick a tat for you!  Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard might be cruising for some ink.  After making a number one hit, with "Cruise" Brian told CMT Radio that they are in the market for tattoos.  Kelley said, "I don't know if it is going to be the same thing. I know that I am working on a piece. I'm going to get some different life things," he said. "I definitely want to get the notes to 'Cruise' somehow fit in there. I think that would be pretty cool. First No. 1 -- it's a special thing."

What kind tattoo do you think Kelley and Hubbard should ink on their body? I like the thought of the word Cruise on the upper arm would be cool.  Or is that boring? LOL ~JB
