    SIT UP STRAIGHT!

If you’re a serial sloucher who doesn’t have the benefit of your mom constantly telling you to sit up straight, don’t worry … Lumoback is coming to the rescue!

This is a sensor device that you wear around your waist and it vibrates every time those shoulders slump over.

And there’s no fooling this machine, because it even comes with an app that has a stick-figure that mirrors your movements.

At $149, it’s not cheap. But it sure beats paying a chiropractor for the rest of your life! (Spirit magazine)

Would you shell out $149 for this reminder or just pay a friend a couple of bucks to slap ya when you slouch? ~Jessie B

SIGNS YOU MAY BE DATING THE WRONG GUY

When you are swept up in the excitement of a relationship it’s easy to miss the warning signs that the guy you are with might not be the right one for you. It is so easy to get stuck in a toxic relationship that it's important to keep an eye out for signs that the person you are dating is the wrong guy or the wrong girl...you can always apply the info here to the girl in the relationship as well. Here's how to spot a bad boyfriend / girlfriend:

    • Your friends and family don't like him: If your older brother thinks your new guy is a punk, he might just be over-protective, but if every one in your inner circle has complaints about your man, it might be time to seriously consider if he is right for you.

    • He trash talks all his exes: Having a bad break up is normal, but if he bad mouths every single one of his exes, it's a red flag! It is a sign of immaturity and an inability to take responsibility for his faults in a relationship.

    • He doesn't compromise: You always do what he wants to do and only hang out with his friends − not healthy! Relationships are a two-way street. Compromise and communication are essential.

    • You never go anywhere: If the only time you see your guy is when he comes over for a sleep over, he is not serious about you. If having a strictly physical relationship is cool with you − then enjoy! But if you are looking for a serious boyfriend … this is not the guy!

    • He is jealous all the time: Healthy jealousy is normal and sometimes a turn-on, but if he is jealous all the time that means he doesn't trust you. There is no such thing as a relationship without trust! (Gurl)

Just Asking ... Have you ever dated a guy who was totally wrong for you but you just couldn't see it? How did you figure out he wasn't for you?

  • Groomzilla?!

    Posted by Jessie B Hawkins

Jana Kramer recently called her fiance Brantley Gilbert a "Groomzilla"! Now that's one I haven't heard before..Bridezilla sure, but Groomzilla?!  Of course she's just teasing and is actually quite impressed that her fiance is so hands on with the wedding planning.  He said he wants the day to be as stress-free for her as possible.  Sweetheart!  It really is sweet that he is involved with the preparation and wants her day to be happy.  Two thumbs up for Brantley Gilbert!

Country singer Jana Kramer called her country singer fiancé, Brantley Gilbert, a "groomzilla" recently. Now Brantley explains to ABC News Radio what he did to earn that title.

"We were going to look at wedding locations, and the wedding planners, I was supposed to be following them, and they were driving, like, 30, and dude, I just can't work with that," he said.

"I was at home in Georgia, and I know all those roads and they were getting lost. And finally, I was just like, 'To hell with it.' I passed 'em, and I met 'em there. I was like, 'Y'all just meet us at the place. Y'all got GPS.'"

    Fair enough.

"I'm just picky, you know. I want to make sure she's happy on that day, 'cause I know how stressed out she can be about certain things, and a wedding is definitely, I got a feeling, gonna be one of those," he explains.

OK, OK, Jana called him a "groomzilla," but she really likes how involved Brantley is in the wedding planning.

"It's sweet," she says. "The fact that he actually cares is the coolest thing ever, 'cause I hear from most brides that were like, 'My husband did not care at all.' And Brantley is super hands-on, which is . . . it's special. It makes me feel like he actually cares about it."

THE MOST RIDICULOUS WAYS ATHLETES SPEND THEIR MONEY

So many athletes have it all. They’ve got the fame. They’ve got the talent. And, they’ve got the cash.

Here’s a rundown of some of the most ridiculous ways athletes have spent their money throughout the years:

Kobe Bryant – Bought 15 bottles of Cristal champagne … at $1,400 a pop.

Mike Tyson – According to bankruptcy reports in 2003, Tyson purchased three white tigers for $140,000. On top of that, the monthly cost of caring for them is $4,000 per tiger.

Chris Johnson – The value of Johnson’s six gold teeth is somewhere in the neighborhood of $8,100 ... or, $1,350 per tooth.

Vince Young – Back in 2007, Vince had to travel from Houston to Nashville, so he purchased 120 of 130 tickets on a Southwest Airlines flight so he could fly alone. (EliteDaily.com)

What would be the first luxury purchase you’d make if you stumbled into a boatload of money?  I think I would buy an Orca whale. :)O ~Jessie B

VALENTINE’S DAY: The V-Day Sewage Plant Tour Back by Popular Demand

For Valentine's Day, picture this... a romantic stroll through...a sewage plant?!

Last year’s Valentine's Day tours of the Newtown Creek sewage treatment plant, which sits on one of the most disgusting waterways in the country, was such a hit that they’re throwing their doors open again this year.

Highlights include the plant's giant egg-shaped “digesters,” which break down nasty waste into harmless sludge and gas.

During last year's tour, the plant's superintendent warned the visitors a digester egg was about to emit a foul odor. It didn't disappoint.

And, as an added bonus, each Valentine's Day visitor gets a Hershey kiss at the end of the tour
